Warmlines

Warmlines provide emotional support and are typically staffed by peers with lived experience.

They offer support during challenging times such as:

  • Relationship challenges

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Financial stress

  • Alcohol or drug use

  • Feelings of isolation

Crisis Lines (Hotlines)

Crisis lines are for people experiencing suicidal thoughts and/or intent, or another mental health crisis that poses immediate or imminent risk.These lines are staffed by trained counselors who focus on:

  • Keeping people safe in the moment

  • Providing immediate support

  • Connecting callers to crisis resources as quickly as possible
